VISIT TO GERMANY FIRST SINCE THE WAR BERLIN, June 9. The first French warship to visit Germany since the war. the training cruiser Jeane d’Arc, steamed into Kiel wi?h the German flag at her bows and fired a salute which was answered from the shore batteries.
