J3UBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, as prescribed by Section 3 (b) of "The Counties’ Act, 1920," that it is the intention of certain ratepayers of the Mangawhio Valley in the Moumahaki Riding of the County of Patea to present to the Patea County Council a petition praying for the constitution of a drainage district to be known as ‘The Mangawhio Valley Drainage District,” and to undertake the construction and maintenance of drainage works therein.
