LONDON SECRETARIAT MR F. S. ARTHUR APPOINTED [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, June 24. The appointment of;. Mr F. S. Arthur, oi Dunedin, as New Zealand representative on the International Wool Publicity and Research • Secretariat in London, was announced by the chairman of the New Zealand Wool Publicity Commitee, Mr H. M. Christie, M.P., at the conclusion this evening of a meeting of the committee at Parliament House. The committee met specially to deal with applications for the position and to interview candidates selected for final consideration. Mr Arthur, who is to taue up his new ruties as soon as possible, is manager of the wool, skins and produce export department of Dalgety and Co., Ltd., at Dunedin. He is 36 years of age.
