Sir Henry Gullett, Minister in Charge of Trade Treaties, has announced his resignation owing to a difference of opinion with his colleagues on the subject of treaties. A DRAMATIC SURPRISE. Gullett’s resignation came dramatic suddenness following sharp differences with Cabinet colleagues on an undisclosed point oi trade policy concerning Canada. He left the room and write out his resignation and did not return to Cabinet and failed to attend a farewell dinner to-night to the Prime Minister and Minister of Defence on the eve of their departure for England for the Coronation.
