DAVIES AT DUNEDIN EX-TARANAKI MAN WINS. [ Per Press Association. 1 DUNEDIN, March 10. At the Otago University swimming championships to-night J. C. W. Davies lowered the Otago record in 220 yards breaststroke, held by R. Geddes, by three seconds, his time being 3min. lOsec. It will not be recognised as the Otago record as it was not an official Otago championship meeting. Davies, who comes from Taranaki, won comfortably.
