MATTSON CASE
SUSPECT ARRESTED Received Feb. 9, 10.20 p.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 8. Federal agents at Noyes (Minnesota) disclose that they are holding an ex-convict, Stanislaus Poracki, for questioning in the Mattscm kidnapping case.
