OVERLOADED LAUNCH
CAPSIZE IN KINGSTON HARBOUR FIFTEEN DROWNED Received Dec. 27, 9.50 p.m. KINGSTON (Jamaica), Dec. 2S. An overloaded harbour launch carrying a happy Christmas crowd, overturned here less than half a mile from the shore. Fifteen were drowned including four children. Twenty-one were rescued, three in a critical condition. All were negroes. Confusion hampered the r ?scue boats which rushed to the scene. One pitiful survivor was a nursemaid whose three charges, all under ten years of age, were drowned.
