EXPLOSION ON SHIP
HEAVY LOSS OF LIFE ITALIAN STEAMER AT MASSAWA [By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright! Received Dec. 27, 6.5 p.m. ROME, Dec. 26. It is announced that 26 wete killed and 100 injured, 73 critically, as a result of a boiler explosion aboard ths steamer Cesare Battisti at Massawa. The ship’s side was holed, causing a heavy list. The majority of the victims were Italian workmen going to Addis Ababa.
