The .bride, who entered the church with her father, was wearing a beautiful gown of melanese lace, and veil held in place by a coronet of orange blossom. She carried a bouquet of white roses, lily of the valley and maidenhair fern. The bridesmaid, Miss G. Managh, sister of the bride, wore a floral silk georgette frock, blue hat and shoes and carried a bouquet of pink roses, blue forget-me-nots and maidenhair fern. The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Mr. H. Lilley, of Auckland. During the signing of the register, Misses H. and B. Wadman sang a duet. The bride’s mother received the guests wearing a blue ensemble and hat to match and carried an autumntinted posy. The bridegroom's mother was attired in a navy ensemble and hat to tone and carried a scarlet posy.
