FLOATING HOTELS
ACCOMMODATION ON THAMES CORONATION VISITORS VESSELS TO BE MOORED [British Official Wireless] Received Nov. 24. 7.5 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 23. About 20 shipping companies have applied for pcrm.ssion to anchor vessels in the Thames during the Coronation celebrations to act as floating hotels. The ships will be cruising vessels bringing visitors from various parts of the world to attend the festivities, and if the Port of London Authority grants the requests for mooring facilities they will be at various stages between Gravesend and London Bridge.
