FOGS IN ENGLAND

MUCH TRAFFIC IMPEDED •SUSPENSION OF SERVICES. [ British Official Wireless J Received Nov. 24, 7.5 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 23. England is experiencing the first severe fog of the winter, and during the week-end and again to-day traffic has been extensively impeded. The fog was comparatively slight, in London to-day but in the outlying districts and the Channel it is heavy. The ferry service from Dover to Dunkirk was cancelled. Train services from the north are delayed and arrivals and departures at Croydon Airport, were suspended this afternoon.
