PERSONAL Miss L. Hartell, of Hastings, is visiting Patea. Mrs. J. N. Anderson, Patea, hostessed a delightful afternoon party and five o'clock lea on Monday. Deck tennis was vigorously enjoyed and donations were given to swell the Health Stamp Campaign fund. ANGLICAN GIRLS’ CU B I Members of the Anglican Girls' •Club gathered at the residence of Mrs. T. E. Roberts on Monday evening. jMiss G. R. Taylor judged the gar■ments made by the girls during the year for the orphanage, Miss L. Kirkiman winning Mrs. Ballard's prize for the best knitted garment, and also Miss Taylor’s special prize for the best sewing.
