WESTERN PROVINCE GOLF CAPETOWN, Nov. 22. The Western Province golf chani- : pionship was won by Padgham, the British open champion, with 268. In the second round he established a course record with 64, his aggregate being 136. W. J. Cox, Wimbledon, tied with Brews for second place with 284.
