FARM LABOUR

Sir,—Being a farmer and finding it a hard task to get farm labour( I have advertised in your papers, also interviewed the Replacement Office without one single applicant), I thought by listening-in last night to lhe Min : ster of Labour that my troubles would be solved. After patiently listening, I came to the conclusion that his talk was like some talk one hears from one of these quacks with a special pill to i cure all ills. There are hundreds of farmers in i the same position as myself, what we want is men for the farm, not a lot i iof talk Ike wc had last night. I am., | I etc.. "FARMER.”
