NEW ZEALANDER’S IMPRESSION [ Fer Press Association. I WELLINGTON, Nov. 23. Mr C. C. Dowding, of Gisborne, returned by the Ruahine from Europe. He considers there is no concern at Home about war although it is realised it is essential that Britain should be prepared for emergencies so that she might, if forced to enter into an argument, be on an equal basis with any of the Powers.
