SUBMARINE LOST
EIGHT OF CREW DROWNED GERMAN NAVAL DISASTER. Received Nov. 22, 8.20 p.m. BERLIN, New. 20. Eight were drowned and 12 rescued when a submarine sank as a result qf a collision during torpedo practice in the Bay of Lubeck. Efforts are being made to raise the submarine.
