RANGITOTO RABBIT BOARD MONTHLY MEETING A meeting of the trustees of the Rangitoto Rabbit Board was held in Bulls on the 12th inst. Present were: Messrs. K. W. Dalrymple (chairman), E. H. Simpson, R. J. K. Gray and W. A. Sutherland. The resignation of a trustee, Mr. E. B. Gordon, was received, Mr. Gordon having disposed of his property in the board’s area. The appointment of another trustee was adjourned until the next meeting. Correspondence.—From the Department of Agriculture, re subsidy on I rates, advising that under the terms lof the Finance Act, 1936, Section 50, the imposition of a 10 per cent, reduction in subsidy payable has been withdrawn. From the Audit Department, returning the balance-sheet, duly audited. General.—Messrs. Dalrymple and Gray were authorised to sign the rate book. The next meeting will be held on November 30. Pritchard’s and E. J. Amon’s; superintended fumigation on J. Ruskell’s and on Brandon Hall Road, near Thorby’s. Rotowhero.--Slight signs on W. Wilson’s.
