Cabled advice received by Mr. G. A. Mills from A. J. Mills and Co., Ltd., London, gives the following market prices as ruling at the close of business on Thursday:—Butter market slow. New Zealand, finest, 95s to 965; firsts, 93s to 945; Australian, choicest, 95s to 965; first grade, 94s to 955; Danish (spot), 1225, f.o.b. 100 s; Siberian and Baltic State!, 88s to 945. Cheese market slow. New Zealand white, 67s 6d to 68s; coloured, 65s to 65s 6d; Canadian, white, and coloured, 67s to 68s.
