My Dear Children. Oh, my dears, but another whole page devoted almost entirely to the enrolment of new readers alone and the end is not yet in sight! I had imagined I would be able to announce the winners of both sections of our great New Membership Competition to-day, but I am afraid that another Letterland Day will have to puss ere I can make known the final results in the Girls’ Division. However. to-day I have reached the finals in the Boys’ Section and here I are the results:— “GAINE ( ARRINGTON” io “HAPPY ROY” 10 These two Iles enrolled the same number of new members and | therefore share lhe first prize. While to “MACKIE THE MOI SE” 7 goes lhe second prize a-warded by our dear “Aunty,” of Ohingaitl. Will you three please send me a stamped self-addressed envelop* I when your prizes will be forwarded on to you. You will not forget I this important detail, will you, dears? Well, children, space is al as great a premium as of yore and I 1 must help as much as possible to conserve it for the great number i who seek to enter our ranks this merry flay of Make-believe.
