The wedding, a day of days, was now being planned, so Weather Clerk ordered the most glorious summer sunshine, warm and golden, drenching the gardens with its dazzling rays. The Chapel in the “Little Green Vailey” was the place where the two would soon become one. Thousands of roses of delicate colours and sweet est perfumes were carried there in the early morn; thitner many a willing worker wended their way on wings of Jove to make the interior a bower of exquisite beauty.
