CONCILIATION COUNCIL
CLERICAL WORKERS* DISPT’TH (Per Press Association I WELLINGTON, Oct. 12. Partial agreement was reached ill the Conciliation Council to-day in the general section of the Wellington clerical workers’ dispute. Holidays are to be allowed as in the holiday clauses of the Shops and Offices and Factories Acts, with the addition of Anniversary Day. The parties also agreed to accept the overtime clauses of the Shops and Offices Act. Questions of wages, hours, and the period of annual holiday were referred to the Arbitration Court.
