THE INDOOR GAME WANGANUI ASSOCIATION PAIRS TOURNAMENT The Wanganui Indoor Bowls Association are closing their 1936 season with a pairs tournament, which is to be held in the Druids’ Hall, Bell Street, on Thursday, September 24, commencing at 7 p.m. The trophies won during the season will also be presented that evening. INTER-LODGE GAME Three rinks from Bishop and Aramoho Lodges played on Thursday evening for the inter-Lodge Shield, Bishop Lodge winning the aggregate by the small margin of four. 59 to 55. The following are the results of the games:— Monk 21, won from Prosser 16. Hall 19, lost to Bourne 21. Glenny 19, won from Brown 18.
