ROAD DEVIATION
ROUND PAEKAKARIKI HILI. I Per Press Association] WELLINGTON. Aug. 5. The report that the Government had decided to adopt the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works to carry out a road deviation from Pukerua Bay to Paekakai’ki was confirmed by the Minister tonight. It is estimated that the work will provide employment for over 200 ''men for nearly two years. A start I will be made at an early date.
