JURY FAIL TO AGREE IN AVES CASE | Per Press Association] HASTINGS, Aug. 5. In the case against Isabel Aves on seven charges of illegally using an instrument with the object of securing a certain result, the jury failed to reach an agreement after a retirement of four hours. The Crown Prosecutor. Mr. H. B. Lusk, intimated that he was considering the possibility of a change of venue, but in the meantime the rehearing was fixed for Tuesday week at Napier
