PROCLAIMED IN GREECE REPORT OF COMMUNIST PLOT [By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright] Received Aug. 5, 11.5 p.m. ATHENS, Aug. 5. With the King’s approval martial law was proclaimed by the Premier, General Metaxas, and the Chamber was dissolved. The measures are attributed to the discovery of a Communist plot. Another source says they are necessary to counteract the calling of a general strike. _
