When the special sitting of the Arbitration Court is held here on Monday, the indications point to the Court being’ faced with a flood of applications under the EC. and A. Amendment and the Factories Amendment Act passed last session. To-day applications on behalf of cm plovers and also employees totalled 200, and notice as been received of the b filing of another 100 to-morrow, and 1 as still others are expected, the total s it is stated, will probably be nearer l! 500 than 400 on Monday.
