The Domci News Agency reports th< invocation of thc Trade Sat’eguardinf Act against Australian meivhandise ot June 23 instead of June 19, owing to thc delay in preparing the necessary decrees. NATURE OF RESTRICTIONS PROHIBITIVE DUTIES LONDON, June 18. Thc Times’ Tokio correspondent says that the restrictions will apply a licence system of wool and wheat and impose prohibitive duties on minor imports, including ores.
