HOSPITAL BOARD CHAIRMAN
MR. W. E. BRODERICK RE-ELECTED Mr. W. E. Broderick, who has been chairman of the Wanganui Hospital Beard for the past six years, was reelected to that office at yesterday’s niontihly meeting of the board. lie was nominated by Mr. C. W. Poynter and returned unanimously. Returning thanks to the members of the board for th-e cofulence they had again placed in him, Mr. Broderick remarked that they had always been a very happy family round the board table. Anything in the shape of bitter feeling had always been absent from the meetings, and all members had helped to make the chairman’s position easy. Mr. Broderick assured the members that he would continue to act in the best interests of the board, the stnir and all connected with the institution.
