The search for the missing bodies of the youths drowned at Whareroto yesterday was continued this morning, and one, that of Hector Donald, was recovered thirty yards from the shore, clad m a leather jacket and shirt. The theory is that he stripped off and went to the assistance of Murdoch McLeod. There was twenty feet of water at the spot where the body was recovered. The body was located by a ’plane driven by Mr. Keith McMaster, and was recovered by drags. The body of Murdoch McLeod was recovered shortly after noon, twenty yards from the other body on a line parallel with the shore, fully clothed except for gumboots, and wearing a loaded cartridge belt.
