FINANCIAL STATEMENT [ Per Press Association J WELLINGTON, June 15. Al the monthly meting of the Rural Intermediate Credit Board the Commissioner presented a return showing the financial position of the co-operative rural intermediate credit associations. The return showed that the 40 associations now engaged in lending operations had a membership of 2134 and there was owing to the associations by members £199,181 —a small reduction below the amount for the preceding year.
