This cake is so large that, the services of Messrs. Tingoy and Co. are necessarv to remove one of the large panes in the front main window to place the take on dis--11 lay. This cake was baked in th * ovens of Messrs. Kennie and Co., win entirely mixed and iced the monste.* 'l'he ingredients necessary for this cake are as follows:-- 751 b. of New Zealand flour, 501 b. Australian sugar, 1751 b. I Australian fruit. 500 local eggs, 50ll». I Wangaehu butter. The cake will be on display for four days, when ftir|ilier announcements will be made cod corning its cutting and distributiin. The baking and icinir reflects great ciedit on Messrs.
