Objections of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand to the opening of Boots Pure Drug Co.. Ltd., in the Dominion were placed before the Industries and Commence Committee of the House of Representatives to-day. Evidence on petitions pre-eniid to Parliament was given, and it wde urged that no new companies be allowed to commence business as pharmaceutical ohemeither solely, or m conjunction with, other businesses. After hearing witnesses th** Committee adjourned until next Wednesday.
