AUSTRALIAN ATTITUDE MELBOURNE, May 7. The Controller of Civil Aviation J (Captain Johnson) said that no action n would be taken against Mr. W. M. h O’Hara for his unauthorised solo flight i across the Tasman last October. t Captain Johnston added that, as far t as the department was concerned, Mr. e O’Hara’s licence was still suspended, but the flying licence issued by th? 1; New Zealand authorities was current, and as his aeroplane was certified as airworthy he was entitled to fly ir y Australia and to Java. h ■ ~~ v
