MOTOR-CAR CONVERTED
TWO BLUEJACKETS CHARGED. [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, May 7. Two bluejackets from the warship Dunedin, Fred Hawthorne Mallinson and Albert Dudley Kaye, pleaded guilty to converting a motor-car, the property of AValter Broad, at the Bluff. The police said that the car was taken from outuide a theatre, ran into a ditch, and was damaged to the extent of £43. Mr. Hunt handed the men over to the naval authorities and ordered Kay to pay £l5 and Mallinson £2B.
