The recent decision of the Indian Legislative Assembly to terminate the agreement signed at Ottawa between the British and Indian Governments was mentioned in the House of Commons by the Under-Secretary for India, Mr. B. A. Butler, who, in reply to questions, said that he presumed that th* Government of India would, in due course, give the necessary six weeks' notice. _
