Kirkcaldie will appear for the master of the vessel, Mr. W. D. Cameron Although March IS. 19 and 20 have been suggested as tentative dates for the rehearing, it is said that a final decision has yet to be made. No Ministerial statement was available today. but the full personnel of tne Court will be announced by the Minister of Marine, probably to-morrow.
