CREDIT BY FRAUD
PROBATION FOR LABOURER Charged with incurring a debt fur 30s and thereby securing credit by fraud. James Shaw Rams-bottnui, lahoi/rer, aged 27 years, appeared before Air J. H. Salmon, S.AL, in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Accused, who pleaded guilty, was convicted and admit tod to probation for a period of 12 months. The, magistrate ordered accused to make restitution of the 30s at such time and in siK-li a manner as the Probation Officer should direct.
