Aliss Shirley Rutherford, New Plymouth, is the guest of Aliss Dorothy 'Dickie at the Waverley beach. Aliss S. Lovell, Hawera, and Aliss S. Latham. Wanganui, w ho have been the guests of Mrs. G. H. Alexander, ••Buenos Ayres.” have returned home. Airs. Brown. Raetihi, and her two small daughters are the guests of Mrs. Walkinton. “Belmont.” Miss Mickio Hawk-in and Aliss Al. Bright have returned to Hawera after spending a few days with Miss P. Graham. , The Rev. and Mrs. Boss left for Auckland yesterday. Miss G. Baer is holidaying in Opunake. . Mr. and Mrs. Harre and their son, who have been the guests of Mrs. Barron, left to continue their holiday in Takapau. Mr. and Siliss Irwin, Hastings, spent the week-end with their aunt, Mrs. H. Wilson. Waitotara. Mrs. F. R. Palmer was. the guest of Mrs. W. Matthews during the week. Mrs. Wybourne, who has been at Kohl with her daughter, Mrs. Cobn Campbell, has returned to New PlyMr. Eames has returned to Waverley after being absent for some time. Mr. G. H. Graham returned after sncnd ; n<r a holiday in the South Island. Mr. a"nd Mrs. j. H. Strauchon, who spent the Christmas holidays in the North Auckland district, have returned to Waverley. , Air H. Tavlor. who has been the gu'est’of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Alexander, “Buenos Ayres,” returned to Wellington on Saturday. Dr and Mrs. Graves and famih left on Friday for Picton where they will spend their annual holiday. Miss A.da Lupton, who is nursing in the Hawera Hospital, is at present spending her holidays with her parents. Miss M. Mitealfe is earaping with her mother at Waverley beach. Mr. Ken. McGregor, Masterton, is the guest of his aunt, Mrs. Flmslie, senr., Waverley. WAVEBLEY TO WAITOTARA CYCLE RACE. The cycle race from Waverley to AVaitotara Hill and back was won by B Howell in Sfimin.
