BIGGEST DECREASE SINCE 1929. Received Jan. 13, 10.10 p.m. CANBERRA, Jan. 13. The Commonwealth Statistician reports that the unemployment rate, which was 13.7 in November was the lowest since November 1929, when it was 13.1. per cent. The improvement during the quarter ended November last was the greatest recorded for any similar period since the tide of unemployment turned in 1932.
