MAN’S BODY RECOVERED WELLINGTON, Jan. 13. ' The body of Thomas Duggan, aged 40, an Irishman employed by the Welj liagton Harbour Board, who jumped ; into* the harbour from the Aotea on January 5. was recovered this morning | north of Pipitea Wharf.
