TAKAPUNA INCIDENT
SEQUEL IN THE COURT [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Dec. 3. As a sequel to the shop incident last night, John Howard Kaye, aged 41, miner, appeared before Mr. McKean this morning charged with stealing £1 6s, the property of Ernest Selwyn, and further with, assaulting Selwyn. Kaye pleaded not guilty to both charges and was remanded on the application of the police till December
