SARAH ANN RHODES FELLOW, Cable advice was received from Dr. F. P. Keppel, president of the Carnegie Corporation of New York, at a meeting of the council of Victoria University College, held this week, that the corporation was making a 2000-dollar grant to enable the college’s Enroll Xnne Rhodes Fellow, Miss Violet Macmillan, B.H.Sc., to travel overseas to continue her studies, _
