LODGE FUNCTION
PRESENTATION TO TRUSTEE. After the completion of the ordinary business a pleasant function took place at Alonday’s meeting of the Loyal Wanganui Lodge, A1.U.L0.0.F., when Bro. IT. M. Keesing presented a canteen of cutlery to Bro. W. 1). Harris, who has completed 20 years’ trusteeship in the lodge. Bru. Keesing, in making the presentation, spoke of the fine work done by Bro. Harris, and the keen interest taken by him in all branches of lodge work. Congratulatory remarks were also made by TTros. G. Wilson, AV. R. Ale Elwain. E. L. Miller, H. Norris, and 11. Wilton, each wishing the recipient good luck. In returning thanks for the gift. Bro. Harris stated that he had been deeply interested in lodge work since his initiation. He thanked Bro. Keesing and the other members for their kind remarks and good wishes.
