LOAN FOR KERIKERI SETTLERS [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Sept. 27. Tn view of the promising future facing the citrus fruit industry at Kerikeri, Bay of Islands, Mr. D. Jones, a member of the Commisison of Agriculture, announced to-day that • Cabinet haff decided to make a grant of £5OO and a loan of £4500 to a co-operative company being started by Kerikeri settlers the purpose of putting up a packing and curing shed and the installation of the necessary machinery.
