SIR JAMES PAR IN LONDON FURTHER 12 MONTHS’ DUTY TRIBUTE TO BIS ABILITY [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Aug. 30. The Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. (I. W. Forbes) announced that Sir James Parr has been offered and has accepted an extension of term as High Commissioner for New Zealand in London for a further twelve months, end ing on (December 31, 1936. Air. Forbes stated that he was very glad Sir James had been able to sec his way to continue in office, especially as that, in all probability, he would be called upon from time to time to deal with matters relating to the Dominion’s primary produce. Ho had been closely associated with the Rl, Hon. J. G. Coatey and Air.
