RED PROPAGANDA
NEXT IMPERIALIST WAR TO BE TURNED INTO CIVIL WAR MOSCOW, Aug. 29. Justification for English, American, and other protests against Red propaganda was found in a resolution of the Communist Internationale and published in the Pravda. It urges the workers to present a united front throughout the world and prevent the forthcoming imperialist war, but. when war breaks out not to boycott but to turn the imperialist war into a civil war against the Fascist perpetrators and for the .lestruction of capitalism. It alleges that the leaders of the British bourgeoisie support German re armament in order to weaken French hegemony on the European Continent ami divert German armed forces from the west to the east. Thus English diplomacy is striving to establish a counterweight to the United States and simultaneously strengthen anti-Soviet tendencies, not. only in Germany but in Japan and Poland.
