POWER CUT OFF. NEW DRIVER’S ACCIDENT. [ Per Press Associati .n. | WELLINGTON, Aug. 27. The power was cut off from part of Miramar for half an hour this morning owing to a motor-ear striking a pole and breaking one of the lines. Mrs. C. H Armstrong, who was being taught to drive, suffered shock and facial injuries. Mr. J. Tweddell, salesman, suf fered similarly. His left arms was also hurt. The car was badly damaged.
