SCULLIN RESIGNS FROM LEADERSHIP INDIFFERENT HEALTH Received Aug. 28, 1.15 a.m. MELBOURNE, Aug. 27. Mr. J. H. Scullin, leader of the official Labour Opposition in the Commonwealth Parliament, has tendered his resignation from that offi-ii owing to indifferent health. It is regarded as certain that his successor will he Mr. Francis Michael Forde, member for Chpricornia, Queensland, who has been deputy-leader of the party since 1931.
