HAMILTON SESSIONS. [ Per Tress Association. 1 HAMILTON, Aug. 27. Found guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy in tho Supreme Court at, Hamilton, yesterday, of negligent driving causing death, John Henry Alahood, aged 24, was placed on probation for two years by Mr. Jus tice Callan to-day, a special condition being that he pay the cost of the prosecution (£27) during that period. His Honour remarked that it was not a ease of wild driving in a powerful car. Alahood was led into trouble by associates. He should have more character ami show more wisdom in choosing his friends. •
