MR. COATES AT DARGAVILLE [ Special to "Chronicle.”] DARGAVILLE, Aug. 26. Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, Minister of Finance and member for Kaipara, arrived at the headquarters of his electorate to-day and was welcomed by the Mayor of Dargaville, Mr. F. A. Jones. After a busy day Mr. Coates concluded with, a public address to a crowded audience on similar fines to that delivered at Wellington on his arrival last week.
